Juliana is giving two of her brothers a very big hug!
I love how homeschooling our children gives them more time to get to know each other. Even the little ones!
Liberty, just because we can.
Hello! This girl is about to be a homeschool kindergartener! She can already read and do lots of other things, but we can still do kindergarten and have a blast!
All of us at Far West, Missouri. My brother John came to visit us over Labor Day weekend and we went to some of the local church history sites, including Far West and Adam Ondi Ahman.
Dinosaur week... by Christopher. We have lots of dinosaur themed items in our home, including plastic dinosaurs, stuffed dinosaurs, books, and blankets. Then we went and checked out a bunch of dinosaur books and watched some dinosaur shows.
Best fun ever... according to the kids.
I guess I need to go find dino chicken nuggets and use that dinosaur cookie cutter...
My daughters and my husband during Family Home Evening... Juliana is asking me a question here... it might be "WHAT ARE YOU DOING? or ARE WE DONE YET?"
All my sons are on the other couch.
And what are we doing while NOT homeschooling yet? (Even though the rest of the area started school last week...)
Family chess tournaments, for one.
We love homeschooling. Samuel and I match.
The shirts say "My children are (or "I am...") homeschooled, and so were..." with a long list of historical figures who were educated at home.
This boy needs goggles. In Amarillo on the 4th of July 2007... he had an eye injury while playing with Lincoln Logs. No medical attention needed. Last August (2013) he got an eye injury that needed special meds and used a blacklight to see the scratch... metal toy kite piece. This August, Ginny scratched his eye. Not as bad as last year but still needed meds in the eye.
Get him some goggles. Or fake glasses!
