Playdough.

Can I just say, I hate don't like playdoh.  Love the homemade stuff.  Hate the store stuff.  It smells funny.  It crumbles everywhere.  It gets mixed weird.  Kids love it.  It has bright colors.  Has fun little containers.  Christopher says it tastes yucky.  I also haven't made homemade playdough enough.

Benjamin made this gruesome beast.

Nathanael made this sluggish creature... scary.

This is Samuel's "Smeesh."  A smeesh is made when you squish play doh in your hand and make a cool shape.

Samuel's monster.  There is some kind of theme here.

Wait, Nathanael's flat smiley face doesn't fit.

Christopher's monster is coming after us with a hammer.  A "hammer-hammer" as he calls it.

Timothy with one of his monster creations.

Christopher loves play-doh.

Samuel's monster... that's his tongue, he's not barfing.

Timothy's monster friends.  One looks hungry...

Samuel's yellow monster looks like he's about to lose an eye...

Nathanael's multicolored monster is screaming?
What I DO love is how wonderfully creative my kids are with it.  So... it's a love-hate dislike relationship.
