Yes, that is her new squishy AT-AT from Star Wars.
"I shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy."
And yes, she's sticking out her tongue.
These are available from Amazon and Diapers.com, from my own searches after seeing them in a baby magazine and ALL her siblings deciding that Jules wanted to spend her birthday money on one.
