Liberty will only keep anything in her hair for about 30 seconds. And that's if you are telling her she is pretty and that her hair is pretty and how fun it is to dress up and do things with her hair. If it takes you 30 seconds to say all that, it MIGHT still be in at that point.
And, I have a picture of Emilie in this dress. More than one, apparently, because this isn't the one I was thinking of :)
