The back of our van for our ward Trunk or Treat, after the Chili cook-off and costume parade and carnival. We had a huge turnout! Our van was also playing Mannheim Steamroller Halloween music, which you really should check out.
Juliana was not too happy because I'd walked a few steps away to take the picture... otherwise she was thrilled to sit there, eat her sucker and push the button on our eyeball jar.
The adventures, both educational and maybe not so much, of our family, day in and day out.

Samuel found and fixed his CTR shield... and made a tiny CTR sword to go with it. CTR stands for "Choose the Right", meaning make good choices! This also shows the Armor of God, found in Acts 17, Ephesians 6 and other places.

Juliana finally has enough hair for a tiny little pigtail. She's all ready for her 2nd week of Nursery, a class in our church for 18 month to 3 year olds where they learn the basics of the Gospel, and especially that God loves them!

Timothy, Christopher and Liberty playing with State cards... and yes, they know all the United States. It's amazing what they learn when they think it's just for fun... I think they will have fun watching the Geography Bee.

Martin, the mighty T-Rex?
This is Benjamin's tiny little Bearded Dragon, striking a fierce pose before he terrorizes crickets... (he's actually just regulating his temperature but this is a fun picture.)

Waiting in line to see M. Russell Ballard, an Apostle in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He came to speak at a fireside commemorating the 50th anniversary of the dedication of the Liberty Jail memorial. Michael had just come from hearing him speak at the actual Liberty Jail.

During General Conference, we move the pictures of the 12 apostles and the Prophet and his two counselors into the family room as they give their main addresses to the church. This year they hadn't been moved OUT of the family room until just before Conference... but that's ok.

We had a Court of Honor tonight with our boys' Scout troop. Benjamin got his Star rank along with 5 merit badges. Michael got 2 merit badges that are required for Eagle, which leaves him with 2 more (3, because of the requirements changing in January...) to do plus his project for Eagle.
Here is my Benjamin with my Jules. She can always make him smile... and he can make her smile, too.
